An Introduction to why getting a good night’s sleep is not the same as resting and what else we can do to boost our energy levels. We do mention sleep, but it is about so much more.
Because we are all unique individuals and there is no “one size fits all,” this workshop recognises that each of our needs differ and what we need to do to meet them will differ.
It is not prescriptive, (we don’t tell you what you “must do” or “should be doing”), we offer you a range of simple things to lean about and try out that will help to energise you and stop you from feeling so tired.
In this 90 minute interactive session we will introduce the 7 types of rest and explore:
· what they are
· how to recognise what type of rest we need
· how to get better rest and
· how we will benefit.
13.00 to 14.30 – 7th November at The Brewers Arms, Lower Dingle, Malvern WR14 4BQ
The workshop will be held in the “Armpit” a quirky little annexe alongside a charming little community owned pub on the west side of the Malvern Hills which boasts stunning views.
There is a bus stop nearby, parking is on the road just above the pub and there is a short walk down an unsurfaced path to reach the venue.
