All courses are run by staff from the partnership organisations and are developed and delivered by professionals, many of whom will have lived experience of mental or physical illness, and/or experience of supporting someone with a mental or physical illness

Some courses may have been co-produced with experts by experience and some courses may have experts by experience co-facilitating the training.

Course Overview: Have you considered painting, but felt you could never get in the right head-space to do it?  Do you find yourself overwhelmed by emotions, but even more overwhelmed by the idea of processing them?

Course Duration: 10 weekly sessions, every Thursday afternoon lasting 2 hours

Course Benefits: This one-of-a-kind Art & Self-help course teaches you to gain clarity, calmness and decisiveness so that you can thrive, manage your emotions and create beautiful objects.
Each session we will focus on a different artistic technique and mindfulness practice, that can be adapted to taste

Course Eligibility: Anyone over the age of 19 living in Worcestershire
