All courses are run by staff from the partnership organisations and are developed and delivered by professionals, many of whom will have lived experience of mental or physical illness, and/or experience of supporting someone with a mental or physical illness
Some courses may have been co-produced with experts by experience and some courses may have experts by experience co-facilitating the training.

Course Overview: On this course we will be making a batch of summer themed cards. How many cards do you think we can we make out of one pad of 6” x 6” paper in 2 sessions? Using different shapes, cuts, layouts and card folds we are going to make as many cards as we can on anything that says summer to you - flowers, beaches, palm trees, gardens, deck chairs, ice cream - yes literally anything summer. They can have any sentiment and be for any age group and gender. Are you up for the challenge?
Course Duration: 2 weekly sessions lasting 2 hours
Course Benefits: An introduction to making a batch of seasonal greeting cards with minimal supplies.
Course Equipment: You will need A4 card to cut card blanks or bought card bases. Paper pad on with summer time theme, 6 inch x 6 inches. Pencil, ruler, scissors, glue - PVA, glue stick, tape runner, double sided tape. Range of sentiments, summer themed card toppers - images, and embellishments.
Course Eligibility: Anyone over the age of 19 living in Herefordshire or Worcestershire, who has not accessed a WEA course before.
