The ‘Find Your Calm’ course is aimed at anyone who wants to learn how to relax or ways to manage anxiety. It is best suited for people who are prepared to put the work in themselves and are looking for tools and techniques to help manage their mental and emotional health: mind, emotions and thoughts.
Six Lessons to regain your inner calm, reduce the pressure of thinking and manage anxiety. Using tried and tested techniques from both Eastern disciplines and Western psychotherapy, this course explains how to calm your mind and a variety of ways to manage anxiety.
Learn to reduce excessive thinking.
Practise visualisations to feel calm and improve well being.
Find out the best way for you to learn how to relax.
The course is not suitable for anyone looking for a ‘quick fix’, or who is not prepared to accept some responsibility for their own state of mind, actions or levels of stress and anxiety.
