This 10 week programme has been developed for people who have experienced mild to moderate stress or anxiety and have limited tangible coping strategies to manage this in a healthy way.
The aim of the course is to help people understand what stress and anxiety is, to recognise when it is building and learn how to take positive and proactive action.
The course is interactive and will include group discussions, sharing of coping tools and strategies to try out at home and self-reflection.
At Sandycroft we create a warm and friendly atmosphere where there is no pressure to share or do more than you feel comfortable to. Sessions will take place on a weekly basis and last 2 hours. They will be led by a therapist and a support worker.
